Today was a good day biggies! For my mommys birthday I reached as far as my Little Lincoln arms could go and held her fingerš±. I hope I did not squeeze too hard as I am very strong from my recent workouts. Just to give you an example of how great today was, check out my pic, I was throwing my hands up in the air and waving them around like I just didnt care! My mommy was impressed. I also wrapped a present for her in my whities tighties! I wish I could have held her in my lap but she cant fit in my plastic condo. My dad tried to get in my condo once when no one was looking, his head got stuck and so I now have a strict no biggie people policy addendum added to my condo lease! In preparation of my mommys birthday, last night I tied my blankies together and shimmied down the side of my isolet. I wanted to go to the cafe to get my mommy some pudding for her big day! For some reason this was frowned upon and the N.I.C.U. security team thought I wanted to play tag as they chased me for a good while. I almost won but they finally caught up with me and since I lost, they returned me to my condo and posted bedside security. So I never got to get my mom some delicious birthday pudding from the cafeš . Needless to say I felt bad that I could not give my mommy a present, but a very nice preemie emailed me this morning as she saw the whole fiasco last night....guess what she told me...She said I was the best present my mommy could ever get in life! That made me very happy so I wrapped myself up as best I could this morning, couldnt tape the bow on though as I didnt want to rip the wrapping paper. When mommy came in this morning she smiled from ear to ear after unwrapping her Little Lincoln and told me that her heart would always be full because I was her son! I would rate today as an A++! I am still breathing well, I am almost done taking my antibiotics, I gained another ounce and I found out that I am the very best present my mommy could ever get! I hope all you big people had a great day too as days like today make me excited for tomorrow.
