Today was a great day! Katelyn spent last night with her friend, Anna. She was surprised I said she could and excited about spending the night away from home. Allen was off so we were able to spend the day together as a family. We went to Foley and enjoyed lunch at Lamberts. Katelyn and Aaron both enjoyed catching throwed rolls. We are so thankful that this holiday ended very differently than last year. Last year, we were told that Katelyn may have cancer. An MRI was ordered. Allen and I got very little sleep. Tonight, we are both tired from spending a fun and busy day with our silly and fun kids. God is so good!! Please pray for Katelyn as she is getting more anxious about her surgery next Monday. She knows she has to have the surgery, but she is nervous about it. She has been so strong for so long. Please pray that God continues to give her strength and comfort as she goes through these next few weeks.
