Today was a great day! So proud of my friend and client Wade H. Hales. After I put him through a brutal workout today he informed me that he was officially out of the 300s and had lost 52 lbs in 10 weeks since he started training and since we changed his nutrition. The look and fire in his eyes is priceless. He thanked me but I have to thank Wade. You inspire me every day brother!!!! To think this is just the beginning for you!
