Today was a hard day as we lay my sweet momma to rest. What made it harder was that it was an emotional week as we waited till it was time for her funeral. What helped ease the pain somewhat was the loving support of the friends from both Donnies and my workplace, my sister Judy, my friend Michelle and the wonderful friends who came to offer their respect. I want to especially thank the people from China Star ...MJ, Michelle, Hung ,Kaz,etc...you are amazing and we love you.and to the ladies of North Texas Ins Prof... Thank you so much...I am proud to be a part of a loving group of ladies and to my Co workers of Higginbotham formerly ATMD, who I consider my family as well...my heart is overwhelmed from your support. Thank you to my daughter who spoke today and portrayed her Nana s personality in the most special way.. Last but not least...thank you to my sweet loving husband who has driven me everywhere this week and has been my rock when I needed strength. It is going to be hard but as it says in a card I got today...the legacy of love my mother left me will be my source of strength and comfort. She will always live within my heart and her spirit will always guide me and I will do my best to live my life doing good as she did and make her proud of me as she is watching me from Heaven.
