Today was a long and emotionally tiring day. Lots of tears, laughs, stories, and one last ride with Jake. Thank you all who were a part of today. On our way to GR today after the funeral we passed a car that had a sticker on the back it said #teamjake, we also had another encounter... the salesperson that we worked with at Best Buy was named Jacob. We will never forget you homie but thanks for the reminders that you are still here with us. Ride on brother!
