Today was a long day to end a great week at Hilton Head Island, SC. Mom and I left the vacation home we shared with 7 other family members at Sea Pines Resort at 7:35 am. We finally got to Moms house at 9:15 pm. There was big time fog in the hills along the way. A huge rainstorm made the second half of the journey very difficult. Rain turned to sleet, which turned into a snow storm in southern Ohio. I could hardly see anything when I reached the Columbus outerbelt. The important thing: I got Mom home safely after 690 miles of driving. Im tired, but Ill take a shower first, followed by a beer (or two?) and then bed. Got to work tomorrow morning. There are pianos waiting to be tuned!
