Today was a lousy day...... Everyday the universe works for and against you. somedays its easier to blind out the forces against because the circumstances for are overwhelmingly in your favor.... And then there are other days when the against moments become so heavy that you find yourself losing hope... Or worse giving up...we feel that weight of whatever it is the universe is pressing on us and we question if we should just stop all together....we react by lashing out or worse shutting down. You are not alone... Someone somewhere is experiencing the exact same chaos. Their feeling, acting, thinking just as you are...and they have a choice, just as you do, as to how they will react. Remind your self that you have NO CONTROL over anything unforeseen tossed your way... You do however, have control in the choices you make to address them. Today was a lousy day....but I chose to be a conscious creator of my own life rather than a passive pushover who allows the universes unexpected vomit to stink up my world.... How to do this: 1. Lift heavy shit.....That is all!
