Today was a tough day. Jesss meds were quite late this morning and the nurse gave her g tube a flush with the pump instead manually. 110 ccs extra water instead of 30 and yep, the pain meds were right back up. Jess then got her breakfast tray, oatmeal was a huge hit! She ate every bit. Pears snd cottage cheese were also well received. Mystery eggs not so much lol. She had just finished breakfast, when the rest if her meds were given by her tube and way too quickly and also with way to much of a flush. Up cagey came with most of breakfast. Jess ordered Mac & cheese for lunch. She got beef and potatoes) it didnt sit well either ๐ physio was ok today and OT was great. Had some new small motor skill tasks that went well. Including eating a chocolate pudding on her own with a new spoon aid. Jess loved the pudding and there was none left at all! Supper again wasnt quite to her taste buds. Pork with turnip. She did enjoy the peaches and potatoes. Another day or two and hoping we can change it up some. New plans did physio tomorrow, excited to see her progression!!๐
