Today was an Awesome day! God worked hard to make sure I know that I work in a great place. Testing, special programs, floods, and a sunk car.....All in one day, all with loads of support. 1st Spring State Testing day 1went off without a hitch. The test administrators were efficient and stuck to the schedule. The students were overheard in the afternoon/ evening talking about how they really felt prepared and appreciated the material the teachers have been covering in class. 2nd This afternoon I had 18 guest speakers from various colleges, universities, tech schools, & military opportunities on campus. Our NHS students did a great job meeting, greeting, and assisting our visitors. My coworkers really stepped in to help monitor. The Student Body was fantastic throughout the entire event. 3rd The Ladies toilet finally overflowed (its been acting up for 2 years) and flooded my back office. My space was consumed with helpful custodians, maintenance people, and teachers to help rescue stuff and suck up the water. And another teacher loaned my her shampooer to clean what water flooded into my main office. 4th Finally this evening, my car got stuck and my principal and her husband came to pull me out. Really, what better place or with what better people can I ask to be around???? Thank you to everyone at Foreman High. Yall are awesome!!!!
