Today was discharge day for the physical therapist. He went over all of Jerrys exercises and discussed progress on each one. Also left instruction for 3 more to add to our days work. He has done so well.....knee flexes to 110 degrees and straight legs to 176 t0 178 degrees. He has been on the wheeled walker for almost a week and can now start adding the cane. We are to continue all of this until 2-19-15 when we see the dr. again and then on a less formal basis always being aware of flexing and stretching to maintain full mobility. I cannot say enough good things about our therapist, Rob Wells. He was so helpful and easy to understand as to what he wanted us to do and why. A very professional and friendly relationship. Im very glad that Jerry has worked so hard and made such wonderful progress. Im a happy camper!
