Today was exceptionally lovely because I managed to make up for lost time with the girls and the husband. I believe it was a Mothers Day celebration that I had, you know? You think? Hehe. Truly touched by the fact that Tatek planned everything today, just so that I could feel extra special. I am normally the planner for our outings, you see? LOL. I remember feeling so so so good throughout. Thank you so much Tatek for the wonderful memories with the girls today. Thank you Nadyas for making me love mummyhood so so much. Everyday is Mothers Day, some would say. Mothers Day is overrated. OKAY. Do not get me wrong. I agree, to a certain extent. Everyday is indeed Mothers Day. I love my mum every single day too. I shouldnt wait for Mothers Day to show how much I appreciate my mum. But you see, I doubt I show her that I appreciate her every single day. I hardly have time to even breathe properly on certain days, what more spend quality time with my mum? There are also days where we would argue over petty stuff. And then there are days where my mum will feel like I do not appreciate her enough as a mum. Sometimes I forget. Sometime I get too busy. Sometimes I take for granted the fact that she would always be there, no matter. Therefore I am totally dependent on days like Mothers Day to really, really put aside everything else no matter how ridiculously busy I can be, celebrate the special day with my mum, and give her the assurance that she is forever well-loved and appreciated by me. Nothing wrong, right? So Happy Mothers Day, Mak! Happy Mothers Day to me! Happy Mothers Day to all mummies reading this toooooo! One love.
