Today was great. Keaton is doing well, did great with his blood work this morning. A huge package showed up from my work and Keaton was so pumped. He was happy happy happy. All test results so far have come back with a clear signal for transplant. Janelle, Aliyah and I met with a family whose son just had a transplant Aug 3rd. He is doing great and they are such a strong loving family, it was incredible to get the chance to speak with them, this hospital has so many success stories and awesome staff to arrange this meeting for us. An old friend also stopped by this evening and brought Keaton some Star Wars Lego, he was pumped and had to FaceTime daddy and tell him. The unknown and fears are still there but day after day with these awesome doctors and nurses and transplant team etc it just makes you feel like my son is in the best place possible and the best hands possible to be another success story. The messages, phone calls, emails Facebook messages of support is almost overwhelming for us, this truly has brought us to a different understanding and feeling of our society and the good that is there.
