Today was my first day of hardcore training since the show. It was a back attack with Coach T and my girls! There are bent-over-rows and then there are Dorian Yates Rows. If you dont know who this bodybuilding legend is...Google him. Now one isnt better than the other but each targets different back muscles. BORs the torso is practically parallel to the ground and the mid back is targeted. Whereas Dorian Yates Rows the torso is more upright and the focus is the upper back. Anywhoooo....watch
