Today was one of those days I wished I had pulled my camera out and captured the moment...I was at the TTSPCA today watching an AWN dog get a forever home, when a little girl walked in with her dad. She took a look at the young dog sitting on the floor while the new owner was filling out the paper work for adoption, looking at her dad and the owner to give her the OK to pat the dog, she approached Snoopy. Once it was clear that all was well, she stretched open her little arms as wide as she could and Snoopy gently jumped up into them. It was a moment of pure joy for both girl and pup....the little girl then laughed and giggled with such glee at idea of this puppy giving her hugs it simply filled the room with happiness...I thought at this moment how wonderful is the bond between animals and humans, and I wished more than anything that everyone would get to share a moment of unconditional love like that at some point in their lives.
