Today was the best I have felt in a long time.. No pain all day. I just feel stiff, like my muscle are tight from not being able to move much. I really hope this was the last of this pain. I want to move on from this herniated disk and pinched nerve crap and get back to my life. I know it wont stay gone but maybe it will stay at minimal level to where I will still be able to make it through the day!
