Today we are bringing you a teaser of the great swedes, GOD MACABARE, who will tear Kill-Town to shreads Saturday night at 01.00 at the main stage! GOD MACABRE will formed originally under the name MACABRE END in 1989 and released under that moniker their Consumed by Darkness EP before changing their name to GOD MACABRE and with a little line-up change they recorded their contribution for the underground gem, the Pantalgia compilation released by the now defunct Mangled Beyond Recognition label, followed by their classic “The Winterlong” album which originally got released by MBR too. Those recordings has since then been re-released by Relapse records in 2002 and gained it’s very firstvinyl release through Blood Harvest records a few years later, which all possibly helped spread their name once again to a new generation of Death Heads. The grave has been exhumed and forth sprung the re-incarnation of GOD MACABRE in 2013 which also saw their first performance in 20 years, at the farewell show for Vomitory on December 27th, a performance which has only reaped positive words from people attending and certainly made everyone even more eager to witness their killing once more. One of the earliest death metal pioneers from Sweden has re-emerged and KTDF are proud to offer you all one of their very first shows outside of their origins ever!
