Today, we are shocked by an email reply over a cake order with short notice by J_ _ Y. J_ _ Y called us to provide order details (include delivery address) in order for us to send her payment information. Looking at the short notice, we proceeded to make her cake while allowing her time to make payment. When we emailed to her to follow up on her bosss name and intended message, she emailed that the cake is no longer in need. We tried to contact her via mobile but she did not answer to our calls. Regretfully, this is the kind of irresponsible person that makes service provider into difficult situation. We love our works but personalised cakes include effort in personalising the design or flavour (in this event, she ordered a classic black forest cake with premium XO Cognag) is substantial and there is no way we can sell the cake to a second person. We learn our lesson, please forgive us that we need to exert extra care in collecting advance payment prior to realizing any order in the future. Thank you for your supports and love.
