Today, we get that terrible confirmation that Dr. Sophia Yin, who achieved so much, died of suicide. Being one of the best animal trainers in the world is sort of like being the best parent in the world: if this is your ambition, you will never be good enough. Sophia Yin knew how to stress less her dogs, but not herself. We need to take the pressure to be someone off of ourselves, relax, and enjoy the marvelous happy freedom of being a no one achieving nothing.
