Today we had to go to court; Mickey Wahls defense attorney put a motion to have a new trial, The judge denied the motion and told Mickey that this was not self defense when you tell someone your going to take Steven down to the end of the road to Whoop his ass, this is not consider self defense, he also told him he was very arrogant when he would respond to the prosecutor by her first name Lori, and not Mrs. Zucco, He also told him, The juror that the judge thought fell asleep, she replied she was not, then told the judge that she could not look at Mickey in the face any more, and the judge told Mickey he could not either, and thats when Albert and I walked out during the trial when Mickey took the stand, we could not look at him or hear his lies any more, specially when he had written all of the evidence on face book and in text message the evidence was so strong it took the jurors 2 hours to come back with a verdict of guilty. On April 3rd at 10:30 am on Thursday will be the sentencing for Mickey Wahl, Then he will go to prison for Manslaughter and Dangerous offence of the death of Steven Comaduran. Mom
