Today we started our Global Table Adventure. Our aim is to cook a meal from a different country each week in alphabetical order (196 countries in 196 weeks). Today was Afghanistan and Rie made Kabeli Palau (Basmati Rice with Chicken & Carrots) Burani Bonjon (Spicy Braised Eggplant) with Seer Moss (Lemon Garlic Yogurt Sauce) which we ate while listening to Afghanistan music. Here is the website we are using to help us globaltableadventure/ Next week it is my turn to cook an Albanian meal. Should be fun!!
