Afternoon of July 9, 2014 IGNORANCE OF THE LAW AND PROCEDURE Now on its 237th (July 10,2014 day of GROSS NEGLIGENCE paano na ba ang katungkulan mo? DERELICTION OF DUTY. TUNAY NA LANG BA ITONG PATULOY NA TATALIKURAN? section 14. Transmittal of settlement and arbitration award to court. The Secretary of the Lupon shall transmit the settlement of arbitration award to the local city or municipal court within five (5) days from the date of the award or from the lapse of ten-day period for repudiating the settlement and shall furnish copies thereof to each of the parties to the settlement and the Barangay Captain. With the various verbal follow-ups and without any action on the part of Poblacion2 Barangay Chairman on the matter which was agreed in the amicable settlement under him with Katarungan Pambarangay, on December 11, 2013 I filed my letter demanding for the execution on the matter of my complaint under Katarungan Pambarangay Law in connection with the failure of Mrs---------------- to do her part on the amicable settlement. (ANNEX – F) I also come to attend the Sanguniang Barangay Pangkaraniwang pulong last February 17, 2014 and infront of the members I express my desire that our Barangay Chairman do his part on the matter of my complaint and there he promised the execution of settlement or award within the week. June 22, 2014 this is to show my PROTEST for the in-action of the concern for the proper implementation of the Katarungan Pambarangay Law. Pa-alala lang po sa mga concern 217 days na po ang lumilipas ngayon araw na ito June 20, 2014 (This will be re-posted everyday until you perform the mandate provided by law under the Katarungan Pambarangay Law)
