Today we went to Reims and visited Veuve Clicquot. It takes years to make fine champagne and the procedures to elicit the product include hand turning the bottles 55,000 times over the many years the wine is in 36 kilometer length caves, fifty or so feet under the surface. After the tour had a Gram Dame. Then went to le jardin, a 5 star restaurant (according to the French Department of Tourism). After a marvelous lunch walked by a Mansion having a French car club visitation. Pictures attached.
