Playmasters Theater Company 2013 Summer Reader’s Theater Audition Notice and Performance Dates Announcement. Auditions will be held on Tuesday evening June 25, 2013 at 7:00pm for our two Summer Reader’s Theater “A Couple of Evenings of One Acts” Directors Mike McCollum and Tara Hipple are looking for lots of people who are interested in getting up on stage for the first time, and for those of us who just love any chance to perform! They intend to choose the one acts that will be performed based upon who comes out to audition. We want you all to come on out! Auditions will consist of cold readings from the scripts and will be held in our air-conditioned theater ¾ of a mile north on State Road from Street Road in Bensalem. As this is Reader’s Theater no lines need to memorized – it will be a script in hand performance. We just plan on a fun evening entertaining our loyal audiences. Performance dates are 7/17/2013 and 7/31/13 with different shows being permed each night. Rehearsals will take place following auditions based on the participants availability. Questions?
