Today went well. Janet was excited to meet a new friend from Child Life this morning. I love how she both trusts and feels safe with the team who cares for / about her. Were blessed to be surrounded by such sweet people. Today, after her treatment, we met with her Radiation Oncologist. We love her too! The one unfortunate thing is, she is Justin weight again. This wasnt thrilling, especially since shed just finally started gaining some! That said, shes okay. Were going to be increasing her g-tube feeds. Wed pretty much stopped them during the week because of general anesthesia each morning. She isnt able to eat anything after midnight. So, its back to daily feeds for a few hours, that end at that time. Pray her tummy is okay with it, and she doesnt get nauseous. The next picture is of her new stuffed pony from her friend Maddy. It came today in the mail, and she just fell in love. This thing is so soft and cuddly! Maddy, she cant wait to hang out with you when all this craziness is behind us! She wanted me to specifically say thank you for thinking of her! And, to that beautiful mama of yours, I also say thank you! I love you guys, and am sincerely grateful for your love and support!
