Tell us about the biggest event of your career: I participated in the opening event for the Meyerson Opera House for approximately 3,000 people. Let’s just say it was quite an undertaking! Whats your favorite menu Item: The Black Forest Cake is always a great choice. Not only is it a great combination of tart sour cherry and chocolate, the design of the dessert is playful and fun to eat. When you’re not in the kitchen, whats your favorite cocktail: I’ve gotta say, it’s a really good whiskey for me. The holidays are coming, do you any tips for guests who want to serve impressive desserts at their next big event? Be organized and be prepared. Things always happen that you dont expect, but if you are organized it will be easier to control.
