Today while driving home down my street I see this man walking up the road with a pit bull on a logging chain. I noticed that he yanked the chain because the dog veered of the sidewalk and then the dog veered again and the man with his left foot kicked the dog in the face. I said oh hell no you dont and pulled over and rolled the window down and said you better not kick that dog again or you ass is going to jail. He said go ahead and call the cops. So I did and you know they didnt bother to come out so I will have to do what I have in the past (You fill in the blanks because I plead the 5th)
