Todays 15 minute high intensity circuit challenge! FIND a step or a bench, inside or out. Time isnt always on our side. We have to make exercise a priority and schedule it in! Be creative with your time, location and equipment. Complete each exercise for 60 sec with a 30 sec recovery. Complete the entire circuit 3xs. Increase or decrease intensity by adding weights or range of motion. **SHARE** with a friend to take this challenge with you. 1. Alternate feet placing 1 at a time on the bench. Place arms at 90° angles shoulder height. As you switch sides push arms up into the air. Add hops and or weights to increase intensity. 2. Place hands on step pull knees up towards your chest. Increased intensity by adding hops and range of motion. 3. Toe taps with bicep curls. Increase or decrease intensity by increasing speed and or adding weights. 4. Sit on step. Lift your butt off the step and hold as long as possible. Add weights in your lap to increase intensity. BodyEvolution
