Shoulders and Core -60 seconds plank circles switch rotation after 30 seconds -60 seconds arm circles, forward for 30 seconds, backward for 30 -60 second plank with shoulder taps -60 second arms pushing up for 30 then pressing down for 30 seconds -60 second 3 legged down dog knee pulls switch knees after 30 seconds Do you like the confetti on the floor?!
