Todays Exercise: PLYO PUSH UPS (with HALF-WAY PULSES) // Before you say you cant Im going to ask you to TRY! I believe half the battle with conquering something you couldnt imagine possible is simply attempting to try. Now this isnt the most difficult move to do but nor is it the easiest and I certainly had to build my strength up before before falling on my face a few times ha... START by doing 5 regular push ups followed by 5 half-way pulse push ups and repeating that for 20 reps total. You may only be able to do 10 but thats ok, keep at it. Once your strength increases youll find the confidence to hand jump between a step and the floor! Ladies, if youre looking for a #SheHULK challenge, try this!
