East of the Cascades, cloudy with rain for the valleys and snow for the higher elevations this morning. Snow accumulations of 2 - 4 inches total likely. Skies will become partly cloudy for all areas later in the day. Highs will be in the mid 50s for the valleys, and in the 30s and 40s for the mountains and east of the Cascades. Tonight, a Frost advisory is in effect for Jackson and Josephine Counties in Southwest Oregon, with a Freeze Warning for Central parts of Siskiyou County in Northern California. Protection of sensitive vegetation will be needed for tonight. Overnight lows will be in the upper 20s to the mid 30s for the areas west of the Cascades, and in the teens and 20s for the mountains and east of the Cascades.
