Buongiorno. Love these perfect little peppers. They are too cute to cut up so I’m trying to think of some other way of cooking them but I’m drawing a blank. I usually try not to shop on Fridays because it’s the day of the general market here in Chiavari, Italy and it’s very crowded. But there is an upside. It’s also the day (and Saturday) the local farmers come into town to sell what they produce. I ended up buying eggs that saw their first – and only - dawn this morning, goat’s milk cheese and some lovely potatoes still covered in the dirt they grew in. I also bought some homemade pesto that looked too good to pass up. All in all – a spectacular day and it’s only noon.
