Todays Good Word.......Did You Know? There’s nothing more important that you can do with your life than spending time getting to know Jesus. The Bible says everything, absolutely everything — above and below, visible and invisible — started in Jesus and finds its purpose in Him. He holds everything together from the beginning to the end, including this very moment in your life (Colossians1:16-18, MSG). God’s Word also tells us Jesus is a friend of sinners. He stands before God as our Mediator and Advocate. He is our Purifier, our Refuge, and the One who Perfects our faith. According to Scripture; Jesus doesn’t just show us the Way; He is the Way. Jesus doesn’t just tell us the Truth; He is the Truth. Jesus doesn’t just teach us God’s Word; He is the Word of God. Jesus doesn’t just give us Life; He is the Life. Clearly, if you miss Jesus, you miss everything that is important. In fact, your future — including where you spend eternity — is determined by what you do with Jesus. It’s not enough to just acknowledge Jesus as a prophet or great teacher … because He was, and is, so much more. Jesus is the Son of God! Would you acknowledge this and believe in your heart today? Application is the key in all your reading. If you do not act its as if you have never read. There are sins and there are besetting sins. Besetting sins are the things you know are wrong and still do them anyway and that is dangerous . Is god speaking g to your hearts today? Do you have ears to hear but still pretend that you do not understand so that you can continue in same old same old tradition and man made religion? Now that too is one of the biggest besetting sin. What you do today could decide where you spend eternity, God has placed eternity in the hearts of men also, we have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. I believe so I speak..would you believe today too. Behold He stands at your door knocking ... Would you open your hearts today.
