Todays Health Tip: Ive got another Core Challenge for those looking for more options! CORE EXERCISES train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether youre an athlete, or in daily activities. The bonus? You dont need fancy equipment, or a gym membership to improve core strength . This exercise is called BEAST MODE. Make sure to keep shoulders down and back, engage core, keep butt down, so that back is straight like a table! Start with doing this exercise slowly (top video), then progress to stepping out and in at a faster pace (lower video). Enjoy!
