Todays MCR #artistspotlight is Johnny Appleseed. Founded in 2012 by a group of young musicians in Nashville, TN who just wanted to play good music the way it is supposed to be played. Johnny Appleseed aims to capture the sounds and styles of Bob Willsʼ western swing, Ray Priceʼs country shuffles, Elvisʼ early hard hitting rockabilly, and Count Basieʼs big band swing, mix it all up and deliver it with a contemporary flair to a new audience.
