The notes of rich fruit and leather paired with lively acidity make even the most generic Tuscan wine perfect for weeknight cooking. The IGT Toscana wine from Ciacci Piccolomini ($14.99) is no exception to this. For those of you not familiar with their estate, Ciacci Piccolomini is one of the great names in Brunello di Montalcino. Their everyday offering, produced from primarily Sangiovese vines that are too young to go into either Brunello or Rosso.
