Todays date is August the 20th continuing update on my uncle now Im faced with the fact this government came in my uncles home told him he had termite damage in a leaky roof and he had 30 days to appeal and or fix it with a licensed contractor if not they are going to destroy his home which is bought and paid for meaning that he has to be able to come up with the money for a licensed contractor when he is completely broke handicap and is in a wheelchair his wife gets a check for mental conditions his children has autism and now he is on the street can not stay in his house and they are going to destroy it my mothers pictures are in that house not to mention it is my uncles home that is bought and paid for they filed charges against me which is the first paper you seen within the first 30 days I attempted to get up with head of code enforcement who never returned my call numerous attempts to no avail a period of weeks and then to find out they were going to tear down my uncles house any day meaning if the government finds termite damage and you do not have the money to pay then they can tear down your home and then charge you or take your land for tearing down your very own home I have tried to get up with the city manager again today I will see if he returns my call I have spoken to him once already went in front of Panama City Commission once already my uncle has been in that location 20 some odd years never had a problem until he showed up to help me with the energy invention which is what got him in trouble to begin with now this corrupt County is attempting to destroy my uncles home I have a slight problem with that my life is at stake I need as you can see the corruption in Bay County Florida which has desecrated the Constitution has children but leaving the Constitution is a way things used to be a cancer on America is what this government is if you have termite damage you can not stay in your home until it is fixed and you have 30 days to pay them and you have no money in your pocket and or they will destroy your home and take your property
