Todays first working set of heavy squats. Jumped up to 420 x 3 on the second set and wanted 425 x 3 on the 3rd but ran short on the time. Then did 335 x 3 for 3 sets on paused squats. 235 x 3 on front squats and the. 235 x 10 on front squats (PR). Light bench day was: Bench: 225 x 10 x 2 sets, 240 x 2 w/ pause Tri Push: 70 x 10 x 3 sets Incline DB curls: 25s x 10 each arm x 2 sets Flies: 80s x 5 , 50s x 10 High rep ab workout
