Todays lunchtime recipe is the delicious Turbo with a Kick! This recipe is the first smoothie you will make on the 5lbs in 5 days programme. To make this you need: 2x Golden Delicious Apples 1/4 medium Pineapple 1x handful Spinach 1/2 Lime (wax-free and peeled) 1/2 stick Celery 3cm chunk Cucumber 1cm chunk root Ginger 1/4 medium Avocado 1x small handful of ice Simply juice all the ingredients except the avocado and ice.
