Todays message ... from Doug Batchelor REVELATIONS RAPTURE People does this SOUND like a SECRET rapture ? The Bible says these characteristics describe the coming of our Lord : 1. LITERAL ..... It tells us in the Bible it will be a literal coming .... Hes going to come like He left ... 2.PERSONAL ... He was real when He left and Hell be real when He comes ... 3. VISIBLE ... every eye will see Him ... 4. AUDIBLE ... it will shout roar thunder ... 5. PHYSICAL ... there will be lightning ... as the east is from the west ... every I shall see him .... even Revelation says the sea will give up the dead ... that does not sound secretive ... 6. VITALIZING ... the Earth is going to shake ... every one of our senses will be assaulted with the reality of Jesus coming according to the Word of God ... it will be vitalizing! A resurrection is taking place!!! Bodies are being transformed !!! 7. GLORIOUS ...The angels are there filling the heavens!! ... It will be glorious!! 8. CLIMACTIC ... Meaning its the end ... thats where those who are saved are saved and those who are lost are lost Theres no extension ... When God told Noah to get in the Ark ... did he give those who stayed outside a second chance? When God told Lot to get out of town ... did he extend probation for those in Sodom and Gomorrah? The Word of God says ... when Jesus returns ... His coming back will be like the days of Lot ... like the days of Sodom .... get ready because that will be it!! The curtain is going down friends ... these fanciful scenarios that have become so popular ARE DANGEROUS that teach other wise ... and we need to know what the Bible really teaches ... May the Holy Spirit ... at your invitation ... lead you into all truth (John 16:13 ... and John 14:26) ... and may each of us ... in our personal study time gain an ACCURATE understanding of that which is for the saving of our very souls ... Jesus teachings in the very Word of God ! ♥
