Todays recipe is crazy easy and FAST! As most of you know, bananas are an AWESOME pre-workout meal and eggs are an AWESOME source of lean protein. This recipe is great for either pre or post workout, or BOTH if you really enjoy it! Banana Pancakes 1 Banana 2 Eggs Coconut Oil Step 1: Mash the banana Step 2: Crack the eggs and add them to the banana. Mix into a batter. Step 3: Lightly grease the pan with coconut oil so the batter doesnt stick. Step 4: Pour the batter onto the pan. Pancakes that are around 4-5 inches in diameter will be easiest to flip. Step 5: Flip when ready. Step 6: Remove from pan, add to plate, and ENJOY! **TIPS** Try sprinkling a little cinnamon over the top for added flavor and for a slightly thicker consistency, add 1 TBSP of whole wheat flour to the batter.
