Todays reiki principle... Just for today I will do my work honestly. Just for today focuses the practice on the NOW. Honesty with others and self is the intention. This principle does not just apply to ones job but what you are working on. My work is to take care of Lyla. Im starting to realize my work is equally to take care of myself and our environment, two things that will help me stay present, clear and peaceful for my baby girl. To be honest in those areas (self & apartment) requires a lot of my energy so seems like something perfect to work on today... By working honestly in those areas Im certain to be a better mom. What does doing your work honestly mean to you?
