Todays ride started off from RIS @ 6:45am when we reached Cubbon Park other members of the group were eagerly waiting. Today we took off Bangalores Histroical place well known as Kempe Gowda South West Tower near Kempambudhi Lake, Hanumanthanagar.. Kempe Gowda built 4 towers between 1585 to 1633. These 4 towers were symbolic towers as they were marked as the 4 corners or boundaries of bangalore which according to his assumption Bangalore would grow to this extent. This location around is very picturesque with the tower almost invisible, We were directed by Mr. Ramesha who is working with Military who is a localite Returning from his night shift, He took efforts in peddling with us on his 70 years old Cycle and led us to the tower. This is one of the towers which is very badly maintained almost ignored by the Govt. We reached this place by 8:15am then went up the hill and took couple of snaps and dispersed
