Todays the big day!!:) (about feckin time) Is #teamelysium ready? I think we are. LETS DO IT!!!! On that note, for those that are all competing today i want to wish you all goodluck! Im honoured to join you all today on that stage as a group of friends and hopfully not rivals. Having experience of doing a show away from home, i know this day will be epic with the amount of friendly people doing it!! For me competing is for fun! I dont mind losing or winning? Its not about that for me. I enjoy doing a prep and setting a new bar for myself each year and that is to beat my previous physique. I love to watch everyone show off their hard work and dedication as each and every single individual stepping on stage today has put that in over the past few weeks!! Ofcourse there will always be a winner and congratulations to those walkin away with an award tonight. Just keep a straight head and enjoy the day. Every single one of use reading this are having nerves flying through your bodies. As am i. Its natural. Be true to yourself and do the best you can. My words to you all. I wish you goodluck!!!
