Todays training was based on power development, here working power cleans, 10x1 weights as followed, 110x2 singles 115x2 singles 120x2 singles 125(pb)x2 singles finishing on set at 127.5(pb) The goal was to keep same bar speed and form with weight progressions. Followed this 4x2 squats changing from the planned deadlifts as I need frequency my squatting. Again speed and form was priority, 170 feeling the fastest the have so far this program. Videos are 120-125-127.5 power cleans.
