Todays workout; 1. 40 Crunches 2. 40 Hanging leg lifts 3. 40 Ball Jacknife 4. 40 Trunk twist w/45lbs weight 5. 40 Hanging four count flutter kicks 6. 15 reps of Calf raises on machine x3 7. 10 reps of Alternating bicep curls x3 8. 10 reps of Bench press x3 9. 10 reps of Military press x3 10. 10 reps of Tricep push downs x3 I forgot to do a back exercise today. Ill make it up on the next go around.
