Today’s Challenges: None of which compare to the challenges of the last 5 weeks. (That is what you call prospective!) 1) What to do with my hair since it has 30 days of growth since the last time I did anything more than stick a hat on it. 2) Grown-up clothes – my definition of getting dressed was changing from yesterday’s Pj’s to today’s . . . that was the task of the day! 3) Nylons – Really? 4) High Heels – 30 days of no shoes makes even them most comfortable Aresole’s uncomfortable. All that was just to get out the door this morning! 5) Seat Adjustment/Driving my own car – I had my seat set just so, my mother has been driving me around since I was on narcotics - her adjustment wasn’t mine and it took me the 15 minutes to work to get it right. 6) Logging on to my computer. It seems that my password expired while I was gone and instead of the system allowing me to change it when I logged on, it decided to lock me out. Fast forward 20 minutes on hold with IT Support and it was fixed. 7) E-mail – 444 unread E-mail to be exact! Ugh. . . I sorted and deleted 111 of them today as I tried to triosh the lot. 8) Deadlines approaching and passed – This will also be tomorrow’s challenge! 9) Leaving after 4 hours. . . Just one more e-mail, I’ll just answer this call, etc. . . I left at 3pm. 10) Expectations: Not theirs, mine! It will be a challenge to schedule all the things that need to happen between now and end of year. The week of vacation I have left, I might just have to loose it! By God’s Grace, I call the first day back a success!
