Today’s Church is full of messages about PURPOSE and DESTINY in reference to where God wants YOU as a Christian to be. But each and every one of those messages are selfishly SINFUL because they are all about YOU and where YOU can go and what YOU can get from God. None of this is about seeking the FACE of God, the HEART of God, His LOVE, His DESIRE; or calling down the GLORY of God, or lifting up Jesus so that SOULS will be SAVED into the Kingdom of God. All of these messages are about what God can do for YOU, and not about what YOU can do for God - such as: live HOLY, SANCTIFIED life as a WITNESS of Jesus Christ. People are being taught to hold their hand out to God for SOMETHING, and not bend their knees to Him in TOTAL SUBMISSION. These messages imply that YOU are doing God a FAVOR by being used in ministry, although you’re not really YIELDING to God to receive the POWER to CHANGE lives! Such messages have rendered the Church POWERLESS! They have rendered the Church WEAK! Your PURPOSE and DESTINY Christian is to become wrapped up, tied up, tangled up, and caught up in Jesus Christ until there is no more YOU and what YOU want and where YOU want to go in God; but where God is placing you to EVANGELIZE this earth about His Son Jesus Christ. It’s NOT what YOU want – it’s what God wants FIRST, FOREMOST, and ONLY!!!
