Today’s “Thought Of The Day” comes from Jose Arellano. He spoke about his recent experience in Los Altos, where they discussed that building leaders comes from building relationships. He spoke about how at this conference, nobody allowed their differences to act as a divide, but rather something to bring them closer to each other. This was accomplished, he said, by respecting each other’s differences and growing to understand them. He left us with his final thought, which was to get to know one another, because by building relationships we build strong leaders.
