Today’s Training---Dragging Chains---Oct. 27, 2014 Summer temperatures---amazing for this time of year! I use chains in various ways in my training. Overall general conditioning protocol. Total body stimulus in one movement; the way we’re designed to move. This is categorized as a primitive anthropological function classified under walking & carrying! I have 100lbs/45.5kg of chains. Notice I use resistance bands rather than ropes to attach the chains. I have approximately 50lb/22.5kg of band tension.
