Together to control Ebola in Guinea Since the outbreak of the hemorrhagic fever with Ebola virus was declared, the civil society organizations as Women, Citizenship and Peace Center, commit in the prevention and the eradication of the virus in the Country. Within this context, WoCiP Center, through the Center’s club girls, equipped Dimakanè Orphanage located in the commune of Ratoma with a sanitation kit and a financial assistance. The kit was composed of 19 buckets, disinfecting products, chlorine solution. This kit should help the 42 orphans living there to observe the hygienic rules that constitute nowadays the only reliable arm for Ebola fever prevention in Guinea. Represented in this giving ceremony by its communication officer Mrs SYLLA Oumou Sagnane, WoCiP Center seized the opportunity to present its objectives to these orphans, part of the relief in the future. These gifts are within the context of supporting women in children’s health preservation and their protection against Ebola outbreak that is bereaving families in Guinea. Thus, beyond its commitment in women’s promotion, WoCiP Center also directs its efforts toward humanitarian field because controlling Ebola means saving lives in danger
